My+son+and+I+attended+the+Merit+Badge+Immersion+Camp+held+for+3+days+around+the+4th+of+July+in+2013%2e+We+were+very+impressed+with+the+camp+and+especially%2c+George%2c+the+Camp+Director%2e+George+and+the+rest+of+the+staff+were+very+friendly%2e+In+fact%2c+there+were+more+staffers+than+campers+for+this+short+camp%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aThe+only+major+issue+was+I+thought+we+would+be+provided+walled+tents+similar+to+my+experience+at+Bartle+or+Naish%2c+but+it+was+not+to+be%2e+We+had+to+help+the+staff+set+up+a+walled+tent+w%2fo+a+floor+and+sleep+on+old+wire+mattress+frames%2e+If+I+had+known+this%2c+we+would+have+just+brought+our+own+tent+like+most+of+the+other+campers+had+and+slept+on+our+sleeping+pads%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aMy+son+was+scheduled+to+complete+4+MBs%2c+most+that+he+could+not+complete+at+our+own+camps%2e+He+was+so+well%2dprepared+with+the+pre%2drequisites+and+the+classes+were+so+small+%281%2d5+Scouts%29+that+he+finished+all+of+them+early+enough+to+knock+out+3+additional+MBs%2e+Some+adults+may+be+upset+that+he+earned+7+MBs+in+3+days%2c+but+he+did+all+the+work+and+had+most+of+the+requirements+completed+before+he+arrived%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aWe+are+going+to+return+this+year%2e+I+have+offered+to+give+the+Scouts+the+opportunity+to+earn+the+Photography+or+another+MB+that+I+counseled%2e+It+will+make+my+time+go+quicker+than+just+sitting+around+enjoying+the+fresh+outdoor+air%2e%0d%0a
