Our+troop+went+to+Andersonville+during+November%2c+the+National+Park+Service+folks+are+great+to+work+with+and+the+trip+was+well+worth+it+for+the+Scouts%2e++There+is+a+very+good+historic+trails+program+that+really+got+the+scouts+learning+about+the+history+of+the+site%2e++A+very+primative+campground+is+provided+at+no+cost+to+the+scouts%2e++Water+is+available%2c+but+no+bathrooms%2e++%0d%0a

Primitive+Group+Camp%0d%0a%0d%0aA+primitive+campsite+is+available%2c+free+of+charge%2c+across+Highway+49+from+the+National+Cemetery+entrance+on+National+Park+Service+land%2e+The+group+campsite+is+available+only+for+organized+youth+groups+such+as+Boy+and+Girl+Scouts+and+must+be+reserved+at+least+two+weeks+in+advance%2e+Eligible+groups+should+have+a+connection+to+the+park+including+camping+as+part+of+a+curriculum+or+program+based+visit+to+the+park%2c+or+be+providing+volunteer+assistance+to+the+park%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aTo+reserve+this+campsite%2c+call+the+park+at+least+two+weeks+in+advance+at+229+924%2d0343%2c+ext%2e+203%2e%0d%0a+%0d%0a%0d%0a
