This area is about 16 miles Ease of Laramie, and has a fully equipped car camping area, as well as lots of back country car camping. This area is the Climbing Mecca for all of SE Wyoming with thousands of routes available from 5.1 to 5.12. Climbing instruction, and inst. in Climbing Merit Badge is available from a sympathetic local outfitter (email John Bowen above if interested). A 1-2 day backpack is also available through the park area, and in the nearby Sherman Mountain Trail.
