I+worked+at+this+camp+in+1995%2e+The+facilities+were+very+nice+including+a+fantastic+chapel%2e+The+lake+and+waterfront+are+very+nice+as+well%2e+I+will+tell+you+that+the+staff+was+very+good+but+one+should+also+consider+that+this+was+12+years+ago+and+things+change%2e+This+camp+has+an+outstanding+Cub+Scout+facility+with+pavillions+shaped+like+teepees%2e+I+haven%27t+seen+or+heard+anything+about+it+since+Katrina+though%2e%0d%0a

We+have+been+camping+here+for+many+years%2e++The+camp+did+sustain+damage+during+Hurricane+Katrina+losing+almost+half+of+the+trees%2c+but+is+fully+operational+and+better+than+ever%2e++By+the+spring+after+Katrina%2c+the+camp+was+in+use+again+with+the+first+major+campout+being+Cub+World%2e++Prior+to+the+hurricane+new+bath+houses+and+latrines+were+built+with+few+damages+from+the+hurricane%2e++This+summer+the+new+swimming+pool+with+bath+house+and+a+new+lighted+COPE+course+will+be+in+use%2e++The+improvements+have+been+constant%2e++The+facilities+and+programs+here+are+excellent%2e++%0d%0a
