Large camp, with own lake, two boyscout camps and one cub scout camp within the reservation. Year round facilities and very beautiful.

We+just+attended+%28Late+July%2c+2001%29%2e+Our+troop+did+the+patrol%2dcooking+program+%28there+is+also+a+dining+hall+option%29%2e++We+were+in+Camp+Liberty%2e++The+counselors+were+all+very+good%2e++The+lake+is+great%2e+Lots+of+merit+badges+and+a+good+Trial+to+First+Class+program%2e++Most+of+the+counselors+take+their+roles+in+passing+merit+badges+and+other+requirements+seriously%2e%0d%0a

Wow%2c+that+description+is+missing+the+best+parts%2e+The+24%2dyear%2dold+reservation+is+made+up+of+3+major+camps%2c+Independence%2c+Liberty+and+Freedom%2e+They+are+all+around+a+270%2dacre+man+made+lake%2e+The+property+has+a+few+additional+features+beyond+the+camps%2e+Campsite+Valley+Forge%3a+open+year+round%2c+grassy+area+with+trees%2c+pavilion+and+water%2e+Eagle+Base%3a+conference+center%2c+meeting+rooms+and+cafeteria%2dstyle+dinning+hall%2e+12%28or+more%29+Ryan+Homes%3a+these+are+2+story+houses+with+both+bedrooms+and+dormitories+%28and+a+regular+kitchen%29%2c+groups+can+only+rent+them+during+the+non%2dsummer+seasons%2e+Eagle+Base+also+has+rental+equipment+for+any+group+for+a+variety+of+activities+%28cross+countries+skies%2c+ice+skates+and+various+sports+equipment%29%2e+Check+out+the+council+website+for+more+info%2e+This+is+the+best+camp+I+have+ever+been+too%2c+check+it+out%21%0d%0a

Our+troop+went+to+this+camp+twice+and+we+loved+it+both+times%2e+Staff+was+great+and+full+of+energy+%28week+of+July+4th+both+years%29%2c+food+was+great%2c+all+programs+were+awesome%2e+Would+recommend+it+highly+to+anyone%21%0d%0a
