Ten Mile River is owned and operated by the Greater New York Councils. over 13,000 acres of wilderness in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. TMR has five operating camps, each with a unique program environment, many lakes for swimming and fishing, climing towers, a COPE course, and several methods of cooking/dining. Trading posts at every camp, and a Museum at the main Headquarters. Ten Mile river is one of the largest Scout Reservations in the Country.
