This is a good place to take scouts. Excellent location for American Heritage. State parks takes good care of scouts. Probably want to take some of your own wood to burn as park doesn't have a lot to pick up, especially at the end of the season. Avoid this place in the high tourism months--you'll never get a place to camp. Great camping in the fall, however.
