Ewing Park is a Des Moines city park. There is a 'Scout cabin' that can be reserved for youth units. The cabin has no fireplace or bunks. There is a refrigerator. Vehicle access to the cabin area is restricted to registered visitors. There is an unimproved campfire ring. The city park connects through a series of trails to Easter Lake Park as mentioned in the first comment. We have found it very nice for Webelos and Cub Scout family camping. T. W.
