It is a nice campground with a stream on the side. Plenty of shade for hot summers in LA. Good and well maintained restroom and water source. Year round and a good hike of about 4 miles to the facility (going downhill to the canyon and hike upstream along the stream). Need to wade water depending on season. You can hike back around a loop with a different look of the area.
