Camp Kanza is a very nice camp with mature trees & all the amenities. This camp holds the distinction of being the only camp in the state of Kansas with an equestrian program. I have taken a group of Webelos there for the past 2 summers for residence camp. It is approximately, 20 miles SW of Hutchinson, KS & is only a 1-½ hour drive from Wichita, KS. The camp has an amphitheater that looks out over a small lake. Camp+Kanza+is+now+a+Cub+Scout+Camp+in+June+%2dJuly+%2e+Before+we+started+going+to+camp+there+it+was+a+Boy+Scout+Camp%2e+It+is+a+very+beautiful+camp+and+is+very+well+maintained%2e+It+has+a+great+Webelos+and+Bear+program+for+cubs+in+the+summer%2e+Camp+Kanza+is+now+having+5+sessions+of+Webelos+and+3+sessions+of+Bear%27s+in+the+summer%2e+I+would+say+if+you+want+to+come+to+a+great+sumer+camp+for+your+Webelos+or+Bear%27s+go+to+summer+camp+there+one+year%2e+Then+see+if+it+all+that+I+am+saying+it+is%2e+Then+bring+your+packs+and+troops+when+summer+camp+isn%27t+going+on+and+have+campouts%2e+Sping+and+fall+is+a+great+time+to+have+campouts%2e%0d%0aMartha%0d%0a
