Every+January+since+1977%2c+the+White+Buffalo+District+of+Quivira+Council+has+hosted+a+Trappers%27+Rendezvous+at+Harvey+County+Park+West%2e+In+January+2014%2c+it+was+my+first+time+to+experience+this+event%2e+While+I+understand+that+attendance+was+down+a+little+this+year%2c+there+were+Troops+from+Oklahoma%2c+Missouri%2c+Nebraska%2c+and+Iowa+that+were+participating%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aThe+Park+is+not+that+big%2c+but+there+would+be+plenty+of+space+for+a+Troop+to+camp+as+over+6%2c000+have+camped+there+at+one+time%2e+There+is+a+charge+to+rent+the+pavillions+at+the+park+%28currently+%2435+or+%2450+based+on+their+website%29+if+that+is+in+a+Troop%27s+plan%2e%0d%0a
