Our+Troop+has+used+this+camp+multiple+times+as+a+base+location+to+visit+Warther%27s+Carvings+museum+in+Dover%2c+Ohio%2e+The+cabins+at+Tuscazoar+are+rustic+and+our+Scouts+have+really+enjoyed+them%2e+The+terrain+is+somewhat+rugged+for+NE+Ohio%2e+Access+to+some+cabins+in+winter+require+a+4WD+vehicle%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aWarther%27s+Carvings+displays+the+carvings+of+Orville+%22Moody%22+Warther%2e+These+carvings+were+desired+by+the+Smithsonian+but+Warther+wanted+them+to+be+displayed+in+Dover%2e+Most+of+the+carvings+are+actually+model+trains+where+all+the+parts+are+carved+and+then+assembled+into+the+train%2e+This+is+a+one%2dof%2da%2dkind+museum%2e%0d%0a

I+was+a+counselor+for+Camp+Tuscazoar+during+the+summer+of+1982+and+3%2e+The+Camp+has+lost+the+original+summer+camp+program+and+the+Pipestone+Camp+Honors+but+the+spirit+of+the+camp+reamins%2e+It+is+an+excellent+weekend+camping+spot+for+a+family+or+troop%2e+The+cabins+are+equipted+with+fireplaces+and+wood+burning+stoves+for+cooking%2fheating%2e+The+cabins+are+a+true+four+season+camping+destination%2e%0d%0a

Our+Troop+%26+Pack+enjoys+the+woods+and+trails%2e+Wild+life+abounds+in+the+hills+and+along+the+Tuscarawas+River%2e+They+have+various+size+Campsites+and+Lodges+on+their+450+plus+acres%2e+The+Lodges+offer+Primative+to+Full+Facility+usage%2e+The+prices+are+reasonable%2c+and+as+a+former+scout+camp+they+cater+to+scouting%2fyouth+groups%2e+Opportunities+for+scouting+projects+abounds+as+much+as+the+deer%2e+Our+boys+explore+the+creeks+and+make+their+own+excitement+in+the+natural+settings%2e%0d%0aThey+are+even+open+for+day+trips+or+visits+for+shorter+outings%2e+We+bring+your+own+program+for+any+seasonal+outting+there%2e%0d%0a
