The+Space+EdVenture+Camps+of+Utah%3a++Farpoint+Station%2c++The+Christa+McAuliffe+Space+Education+Center%2c+and+The+Discovery+Space+Center%2e+%0d%0a%0d%0aVictor+Williamson+developed+the+Space+EdVenture+methodology+as+a+6th+grade+teacher+at+Central+School%2e++Using+this+unique+approach+to+experiential+education%2c+he+founded+the+Christa+McAuliffe+Space+Education+Center+in+1990%2e++To+date%2c+over+325%2c000+students+and+teachers+have+participated+in+Space+EdVenture+simulations%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aVictor+Williamson+retired+from+the+Alpine+School+District+in+May+of+2013+to+build+Farpoint+Station%2c+the+next+generation+space+education+center%2e++At+Farpoint%2c+students+will+crew+state+of+the+art+starship+simulators+on+fantastic+learning+adventures+in+space+and+time%2e++These+adventures+will+motivate+students+to+excel+in+science%2c+technology%2c+engineering%2c+math+and+the+humanities%2e++Farpoint+will+be+built+at+Renaissance+Academy%2c+a+Utah+public+charter+school+in+Lehi%2c+Utah+and+is+scheduled+to+open+in+the+Fall+of+2015%2e++%0d%0a%0d%0aThe+Christa+McAuliffe+Space+Education+Center+%28CMSEC%29+was+Victor+Williamson%27s+first+space+education+center%2e++It+is+open+for+field+trips%2c+private+programs+and+camps%2e++The+CMSEC+is+a+part+of+the+Alpine+School+District%2e++It+is+located+at+Central+Elementary+School+in+Pleasant+Grove%2c+Utah%2e++The+CMSEC+has+four+starship+simulators%3a+Magellan%2c+Phoenix%2c+Odyssey+and+Galileo%2e%0d%0a%0d%0aThe+Discovery+Space+Center+%28DSC%29+is+a+privately+owned%2c+for+profit+space+education+center%2c+located+at+the+Stone+Gate+Center+for+the+Arts+in+Pleasant+Grove%2c+Utah%2e++The+DSC+is+open+for+field+trips%2c+private+missions+and+camps%2e++The+DSC+has+four+starship+simulators%3a+Atlantis%2c+Endeavor%2c+Columbia+and+Challenger%2e+%0d%0a
