At+over+5%2c000+acres%2c+this+is+Indiana%27s+third+largest+state+park%2e+It+is+nestled+between+the+Ohio+River+and+14+mile+creek%2e+The+park+is+only+20+minutes+from+downtown+Louisville%2e+It+is+a+fairly+new+park%2c+part+of+the+transfer+of+the+Army+Ammunition+Plant+Property+over+to+local+control%2e+The+park+has+several+trails+including+ones+that+go+along+the+river+and+atop+the+bluffs+overlooking+the+river%2e+Another+set+of+trails+lead+to+the+old+Rose+Island+Amusement+Park+area+which+was+destroyed+by+the+historic+1937+flood%2e+There+is+a+modern+campground+with+very+nice+facilities+available+for+overnight+camping%2e+The+park+is+also+near+the+Tunnel+Mill+Boy+Scout+Camp+operated+by+the+Lincoln+Heritage+Council%2e+%0d%0a
